Hawi Travels reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

Payments for travel packages and services must be made through approved payment methods communicated by Hawi Travels.

  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.

If a client cancels a confirmed booking:

  • Refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on supplier policies such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

Hawi Travels will communicate any applicable cancellation charges before processing the cancellation.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify bookings must be submitted as early as possible.

Changes such as travel dates, accommodation upgrades, or passenger details may incur additional charges depending on airline, hotel, or supplier policies.

Hawi Travels will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents including:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Identification documents

  • Vaccination certificates (if required)

While Hawi Travels may assist with visa guidance, the final responsibility for obtaining valid documentation lies with the traveler.

Hawi Travels is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions caused by missing or incorrect documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Loss of baggage

  • Travel delays

Hawi Travels shall not be responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Liability

Hawi Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

While we carefully select reputable partners, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations by airlines

  • Acts of nature

  • Political unrest

  • Loss, injury, or damage during travel

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving issues when they arise.

9. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website or marketing materials are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as:

  • Seasonal demand

  • Government taxes and park fees

Confirmed bookings will retain the agreed price unless external supplier adjustments occur.
