The booking experience was good, my agent advised me of changes in flight details on time which allowed me to make necessary adjustments.  However. Post booking follow up was lacking. There was no communication leading up to my travel date, had I not have been to the country I was & knew of their immigration requirements & sorted myself out  I may have had issues. I did ask the agent to send me necessary documents/links but heard nothing back.    Thus the 4 star rating.
